ABOUT US
We are located in western North Dakota and spend most of our time fishing Lake Sakakawea (The Garrison Reservoir), on the Missouri River system and Lake Tschida (The Heart Butte Reservoir), on the Heart River system.
GEAR
We fish from boats that are set up specifically for fly-fishing allowing for better line management, easy casting, safe fishing, and friendly fish handling.
It takes an 8 WT or heavier gear to chase these fish, casting BIG streamers in sometimes windy conditions. Depending on the time of year and what the fish are up to, you may need the full spectrum of line types from floating to full sinking. In order to catch these predators, you must fish where the pike live, and we are prepared to do just that. No need to invest in heavier rods, reels, and lines if you don’t have them today and want to give pike a try! We have the gear that you need to pursue this adventure.
We throw large flies, mostly streamers and clousers 2-0 to 6-0 in size, and we’ll tie one on for you. The only thing you’ll need to bring is eye protection from the sun and the flies, as these things can be wicked to cast.

One-on-One or Two
Bob will take you one-on-one or add a friend for company; never more than 2 fly-fishers in the boat. It gets too crazy. As you can see, age doesn't matter!
